Julie sears
“I'm in love with writing, reading and creating. And in between times, I've raised a son, been a wife, and had the kind of life that have given me experiences that I had only dreamed of. I feel lucky that I'm able to translate my passions into art and creativity. I wouldn't want it any other way.
Who is Julie?
I am a storyteller, kitchen alchemist, and lifelong lover of libraries. With a master’s from Stanford University and a heart for neurodiversity, I empower older adults navigating late-life ADHD with compassion and clarity.
Whether crafting quirky tales, cooking up brilliance from leftovers, or championing misunderstood minds, I bring wit, warmth, and wisdom to everything I do. I strive to prove every day that ordinary life can be extraordinary.
Career
Creativity
To me, my creativity is a magical blend of insight, humor, and heart. I see stories in leftovers, meaning in the mundane, and potential in every person. Whether writing, cooking, or supporting others with ADHD, I seek to transform everyday moments into imaginative experiences that uplift, inspire, and remind us to embrace our quirks.
Teaching
My passion for teaching comes from a deep desire to help others feel seen, capable, and inspired—especially those navigating ADHD later in life. I meet learners where they are, with empathy and storytelling, and turn knowledge into empowerment. For me, it’s never too late to learn, grow, or rediscover the strength within yourself.
